*You can choose to use drinking water, inventory or yomeishu to get some gravy to go with the rice later. Personally, I choose to use Yomeishu mainly because it offers the chicken mid-joint extra flavours and wonderful aroma. It's also fewer of a hassle than to organize the stock. ? The techn
